Hit the "Submit Information" button at the end and we will have all your info by the time you get here so you can just drop and go!

Computer Type

  • If it is a Laptop or ChromeBook please bring the power cord.

  • Be sure to bring any relevant log in passwords and user names.

 

  • Keyboards, mice, desktop power cords etc. not needed (unless they are part of the issue), so please remove from the machine.
